The photograph is from 1990s, while the bulk of the collection is from 2017-2021, while Glattly was Sovereign Grand Commander.

The majority of the correspondence is on irregular African American Masonic organizations that are not reconginzed by Prince Hall Freemasonry. Of particular interest is the petition for recongition by the Supreme Council 33rd Degree Ancient & Accepted Scottish Rite for the Atlantic Masonic Jurisdiction of the United States of America Grand Orient of Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands.

The award is a gold plaque with black letting affixed onto wood backing. Certificate is decorated with double-headed eagle at top, black and white hands shaking at bottom.
