Scope and Contents Letter dated August 4, 1868 from Homer A. Johnson, Late Deputy for Illinois to Walter A. Stevens, Deputy for Illinois pertaining to the Frank J. Herron case which concerned a violation of the jurisdictional rights of the Grand Consistory of Louisiana.
