Program of the Council of the Red Cross and Sepulchre, auspices of North Star and Melita Commanderies, exemplified by Massachusetts Priory of the Great Cross. Includes an engraving of a knight on horseback with raised sword, symbol of cross on chest. The ceremony took place at City Hall, Newburyport, Massachusetts, October 12, 1916.
