Scope and Contents

Lithograph postcard depicting the court of honor at the Elks convention in Philadelphia. The picture includes city buildings in purple, with an embossed design of decorative pillars, elks, and rows of street lamps in yellow elks in two rows. Two flags hang on either side reading "B.P.O.E" for the Benevolent Order of Elks. In the background, there is an illuminated tower.
