Court decree King Solomon's Grand Lodge, Queen Esther Grand Chapter of the Eastern Star, and Daughter of the Sphinx vs. C. L. Mitchell. Case concerned clandestine Masonic group led by N. N. Boozier. Court ruled in favor of defendant, C. L. Mitchell, legitimate Grand Master and decreed the annual meeting of the plaintiffs at which N. N. Boozier was elected Grand Master, illegal.
