Williams's book, titled A History of The Supreme Council, 33° of the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite for the Northern Masonic Jurisdiction of the United States of America. This book was published in 1987 by the Supreme Council, Northern Masonic Jursidcition.

The majority of the correspondence is on irregular African American Masonic organizations that are not reconginzed by Prince Hall Freemasonry. Of particular interest is the petition for recongition by the Supreme Council 33rd Degree Ancient & Accepted Scottish Rite for the Atlantic Masonic Jurisdiction of the United States of America Grand Orient of Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands.
