The scrapbook contains sketches of the emblems of the Williamsport Consistory, Chapter of Rose Croix, Council of the Princes of Jerusalem, and Lodge of Perfection. The Valley of Williamsport made the Soverign Grand Commander Henry L. Palmer an honorary member of the above listed when he came to dedicate the cathedral.
