Scope and Contents
Supreme Assembly Order of the Rainbow for Girls certificate. It states that Ruby Duncan, "having attained the age of twenty years has been retired in good standing from Belmont Assembly No. 31." The certificate is written in blue ink and contains a background of a girl standing on a balcony next to a book stand, looking out on a rainbow.
