Circular announcing the issuing of the pamphlet "Historical Sketch of Early Masonry in North-western Ohio" by R.E. Richards. The pamphlet contains history of the lodges, names of charter members, correspondence, proceedings, biographical sketches, etc. There are recommendations by Grand Master of Ohio, Alexander H. Newcomb and others.
