Order of Pythian Sisters

Letter (and envelope) of notification of Pythian Sisters meetings and events delivered to Sabrina Leacy in Newton in 1962. Dates of upcoming meetings were December 5 and December 19, 1962. A New Year's event was scheduled for January 2, 1963 and the Annual Banquet and Installation was scheduled for January 16, 1963. All meetings and events occurred on the first and third Wednesdays of each month at 8 p.m.

Williams, with a page listing Order of the Eastern Star, Acton Chapter, No. 173; Pythian Sisters, Acton Temple, No. 226; and Acton Rebekah Lodge, No. 518 as fraternal orders attending, and a note to "take no part" for Ku Klux Klan Marion County, Court No. 14, Indianapolis. Williams' date of birth is recorded as October 10, 1866 and a patent date of 1904 is printed on the inside cover.
