Enclosed in a purple leather folder with Grand Encampment of Knights Templar USA embossed in gold on front cover.

Typed copy of letter dated August 18, 1826 from Moses Holbrook to J. M. Allen, M.D. and Giles F. Yates in which Holbrook announces his candidacy for one of the first four offices in the General Grand Encampment of the United States. He mentions opposition led by J. Cerneau and Company.

Circular titled "Orders Relating to Grand Escort and Parade" issued by the Grand Encampment, Knights Templar on October 11, 1898, at Pittsburgh, PA. The circular has the general parade instructions and map.
