Another group of Knights of Pythias who base their ritual on the story of Damon and Pythias. This society embraces principles of friendship, charity, and benevolence. Lithograph postcard of the Knights of Pythias emblem which consists of a triangle with the letters "F. C. B." The emblem is colored red, blue, and yellow with a knight's helmet on top. The entire emblem raised and outlined in gold. On the right it states "Biennial Encampment Uniformed rank Knights of pythias August 1st to August 6th 1910" in Milwaukee.

The ledger is divided into Alphabet and Black Ball Roster. Black Ball Roster lists men by date and gives reason for their dismissal, for example "N.P.D" (probably unpaid dues), drunkeness, improper conduct, unknightly conduct, etc.
