Albert Blake, Grand Master of Masons in Massachusetts and Sereno Dwight Nickerson, Recording Grand Secretary "since 1881," Grand Master, 1872-1874. It also includes list of officers for 1906-07, Trustees, and Past Masters. There is also a menu, list of speakers, and concert program.

The cover has Masonic symbols on it including the all-seeing eye, the two columns, architect's tools, and the Bible. There are no signatures for the dances that night, appears unused
