The collection spans the years of 1917-1987 and contains about 26 linear feet of records that include the correspondence, class lists, minutes and petitions of five Buffalo area Scottish Rite Masonic bodies: The Consistory, Rose Croix, Princes of Jerusalem, Lodge of Perfection, and the Valley of Buffalo.

Taylor as contact to furnish all Masonic published works, manuals, diplomas, charts, jewels, etc. It includes list called "Catalogue of the Universal Masonic Library" with 30 titles that all Masons (or Lodges) should own. Another list on the back cover is of historical books on Freemasonry that are always on sale at the Bureau of Masonic Literature.
