Ralston's appointment of Grand Representative near Supreme Council which includes a letter from the Supreme Council notifying of appointment, letter of acknowledgment from Ralston. Certificate is decorated with Masonic symbols including two columns and double-headed eagle, seals of the Supreme Council, Grand Commander, Grand Chancellor and Secretary General at lower left, and at top of page, image of Albert Pike. It is signed by Grand Commander, Secretary General and Grand Chancellor.
