A Knights Templar certificate issued by the Joseph Warren Commandery, No. 26 (Boston, Massachusetts), to George Alexander MacRae and dated June 18, 1919. Imprint at bottom of certificate reads, "Copyright, 1900, by B.W. Rowell, Masonic Temple, Boston, for Grand Commandery, K.T. of Mass. & R.I."

At the top of the certificate is a Christian cross with the Latin legend 'In Hoc Signo Vinces'. On the right and left sides are columns. On the base of each columns is affixed a seal of the Commandery.
