Certificate is decorated with Masonic symbols including two columns and an angel. This is a copy of an original design by John Sartain, Philadelphia. The images at the bottom include Masonic Temples in Philadelphia for the Grand Lodge, from 1802-1873. It is signed by Grand Master and Grand Secretary.
