Abstract
The Wadsworth Collection of Playbills contains broadsides of advertisements of theatre performances from the years 1841, 1850-1851, 1854-1859, 1861, 1865-1867, 1879, and some with dates unknown. These performances were mostly held in the New England area but some of the broadsides list performances that were held in Pennsylvania, New York, Colorado, California and Edinburgh Scotland.
