The majority of the folder contains correspondence with and about the Supreme Council, Atlantic Masonic Jurisdiction, Grand Orient of Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Raymond A. Martinez, Sovereign Grand Commander, has been writing the Supreme Council about this organization from Bushnell to Maxwell seeking recognition.
