A land grant issued to Felix Siminton from the State of Georgia describing a tract of land in Appling county of 490 acres. The document is two pages, including a survey sketch of tract of land and a wax seal attached by ribbon to the bottom of the document. The signature of George Gilmer, Governor of Goergia, is on the bottom flap of the document, dated November 6, 1829. Also signed on the back by E. Hamilton, Secretary.
