Chromolithograph certificate issued by the Watertown Lodge, No. 496, of New York (blank, no member has signed it). With large elk's head in the upper middle and various vignettes surrounding the printed text of the certificate documenting some of the activities of Elks such as taking care of orphan children, visiting the sick, and toasting at a banquet.
