Scope and Contents

This manuscript, titled "Dessins à l'usage du Grand & Sublime Order Royal de H.R.D.M. de Killwining Sis à Edimbourg en Eccosse & Nécessaire à tous les Chapitres Ecossais des deux Hémisphères" which roughly transaltes to "Drawings for the use of the Grand & Sublime Royal Order of H.R.D.M. [Heredom] of Killwining, Seated in Edinburgh in Scotland & Necessary for all Scottish Chapters of the two Hemispheres," contains colorful illustrations of symbols of the order and jewels for each office. Written in English on a blank page before the title page is the phrase "Our Royal Order of Scotland." This manuscript is from circa 1800.
