M., Groton (moved to Gardner later), Massachusetts which is signed by Paul Revere (Grand Master), Samuel Dunn, Isaiah Thomas (Senior Grand Warden), Joseph Laughton (Junior Grand Warden) and Daniel Oliver (Grand Secretary). It has a paper seal in the upper left hand corner
