Certified manuscript copy of Regulations and Constitutions of 1813 by Enoch T. Carson, Sovereign Grand Inspector General Deputy of the Supreme Council for the State of Ohio, dated 1870. It also includes manuscript copy of Extract from the Minutes of the Supreme Grand Council from 1845 at New York and Masonic Obligation from 1860.
