Scope and Contents

Lock of blond hair, and three fabric scraps with handwritten notes sewn to back of fabric. Text of paper notes sewn to fabric: "I have worn a [?] like this all this spring but it's wearing out and I don't believe I shall wear it much more it is faded too," "[?] best one," and "every day dress sometimes wear a green [spen?] sometimes white."
