Certificate inscribed to Patrick I. Norton. Images include a wide arch with ornamental letters spelling bricklayer, atop the arch are the eagle and the beaver, many small vignettes under the wide arch include a Greek temple, a Roman arch, an Egyptian pyramid, forts, factories and the mason's art, the Brooklyn Bridge, and the nation's Capitol.
