Scope and Contents
Two manuscript letters to Abner P. Dufour, Vevay, Indiana. One letter is from Owens Lodge, Independent Order of Odd Fellows, concerning handling of a case for them involving children, signed by John Curtis, Secretary of the lodge. The second letter from Charles G. Manning & Company, Cincinnati Ohio concerns billing for I. O. O. F. supplies. Other ephemera with these two letters includes a receipt from the Vevay Reveille (newspaper) for publishing election results of Phoeninx Lodge NO. 182, I. O. O. F.. Also included a partial letter to J. C. Woltz, Vevay, Indiana, mentioning Dufour and concerns business with the Cincinnati Regalia Company
