Scope and Contents
Master Mason certificate issued to Dearborn Lougee from the Grand Lodge of New Hampshire, Strafford Lodge, No. 29, Dover, 1826. It is decorated with Masonic symbols including an all seeing eye at top center, two columns as borders, each with a woman on top, one with an anchor representing Hope, the other with a book and cross representing Faith. The bottom center has a third woman with children representing Charity. Two colonial men wearing aprons on each side of "Charity." Two ribbons woven into certificate at top left with attached lodge seal.
