Miriam gave his wife Mary one third of his estate and the rest of his estate (land and money) was bequeathed to his sons Simon, David, Thomas, Isaac; and daughters Mary and Lydia. It is signed by Thomas Miriam (with red seal), John Stone, Joseph Miriam, and Jonas Miriam.
