Program booklet inside cover includes an inscription "Sent on request of Mr. John M. Sherman" with penned "Recd - 11-19-1966"/"Earl D. Johnso - National Grand Secretary"/"6534 Deary St., Pittsburgh 6. PA". A letter from the Office of the Most Worshipful National Grand Master, dated June 2, 1969, and a schedule for the Fortieth Triennial Session, dated October 29 - November 4, 1966, were found inside the program booklet.
