Biographical / Historical

West Carrollton Lodge, No. 826, was started in 1896. There is a mention on November 26, 1902 in The Dayton Herald of the lodge having started six years ago. It is unknown when the lodge went dark as it no longer exists in 2023. The last mention as active is in the 1950 Grand Lodge of Ohio Proceedings.

Collection was processed by Sarah H. Shepherd on February 27, 2023. Collection was grouped by subject. Correspondence were separated by year, but not sorted by date within the year. All letters were removed from their envelopes. The envelopes were placed on top of the letters that were inside them.
