Manuscript copy written by Abraham Jacobs of the Register of Rules and Statutes of the Sublime Degree of Masonry, dated ca. 1809. It includes a copy of Jacobs Second Degree of Masonry certificate issued by the Lodge of St. Andrew in Boston, 1782.

Biographical / Historical
Abraham Jacobs was one of the three Masons conferring Scottish Rite degrees in the New York City area when De La Motta came there in 1813. The other two Masons were Joseph Cerneau and Antoine Bideaud.
