Charles Plumb collection of Masonic scrapbooks, 1858-1936
Scope and Contents
Collection includes two dismantled scrapbooks of Masonic certificates, photographs (1858-1880), of Henry Hawley, and Samuel Petty Leather. There are several letters and articles (1936) which accompany the collection to and from Charles Plumb (original owner of the scrapbooks) concerning the unMasonic conduct of John Yarker and his expulsion and reentry into Masonry. John Yarker signed many of the certificates of Hawley and Leather
