Imprint at the bottom of the certificate reads, "Entered according to Act of Congress in the year 1895 by The Pettibone Bros. M'f'g. Co. in the Office of the Librarian of Congress at Washington. The Pettibone Bros. M'F'G. Co. Fraternity Publishers, Cincinnati, O."
