Biographical / Historical
Sabrina Adelphia Leacy was born on April 26. 1882, to James Duncan and Mary Archibald in Hansford, Canada. She came to America on September 16, 1899, and lived in Boston, Massachusetts. She married Martin Leacy (1877-1954) on December 30, 1908. Leacy petitioined to become an American citizen on June 27, 1929. They did not have children.
Leacy was highly involved in the Pythian Sisters. She served in several leadership positions, including as the Grand Chief of Massachusetts from 1934-1935.
Sabrina Leacy died on May 23, 1967.
