This program was owned by Lorraine B. Harris, P. G. L. (Past Grand Lecturer?) of Washington State and contains some notes throughout the program and on the back page. The program contains a welcome message from President Richard Nixon, Congressman Walter E. Fauntroy, and D.C. Mayor Walter E. Washington. The program is filled with photographs and member lists from every participating Grand Chapter, local chapters, as well as advertisments of Black businesses and other supporting organizations...
