Certificate acknowledging that John Joseph Meredith, from Hibernian Lodge, No. 95 in Cork, Ireland, has been initiated into all levels of Masonry by the Grand Lodge of Ireland in Dublin. Certificate is in English and Latin. The certificate has elaborate engravings of three columns, three women, one with three children, one with an anchor, and one with a chalice and cross staff. The background is a lush mountainous landscape and the foreground has globes and many Masonic tools.

Manuscript certificate issued to R. Lowry from Lodge No. 114, Killyleagh, Country of Down, Ireland. Lowry was made a Master Mason, then Royal Arch Mason, then Knight Templar at the same lodge. Certificate has a red wax seal with blue, black, and red ribbon hanging down. There is a large all-seeing eye which is drawn in ink at the top of the certificate.
