Masonic certificate given to Robert Palmer for achieving the Most Noble Order of the Knights of Templar and Knights of St. John, now known as the Knights of Malta. Black wax seal is attached with black ribbon

Certificate is engraved with two Corinthian columns with plumb lines at the top and one Ionic column with a square and compass.
