Royal Arch Super Excellent Mason certificate for William Miller from the Registry of Ireland, Drumbear True Hill Lodge No. 949. Certificate hand-written in English with remnants of a red wax seal are visible in the bottom right corner

The certificate is in French with a brief summary of contents attached at upper left corner, with a double-headed eagle of the Scottish Rite included in the design.
