Announcement for the organization of the Knights of the Red Cross of Constantine (Knights Templar) in Kentucky. This Kentucky Grand Council was granted a charter by the Grand Council of Michigan and had officers installed by D. B. Tracy, Grand Sovereign of Michigan. The announcement has a printed signature of John W. Cook, Grand Sovereign of Kentucky
