FR 005. Fraternal postcards

Paperstock postcard with Elk that is lined in glitter and has red studded eyes. The top of the postcard reads "Hello Bill, I'm in Philadelphia." Below the elk the abreviation B.P.O.E is written. There is a message written in pencil on the front.
