Scope and Contents This collection consists of Frank B. Spengler's materials on his involvement with the Supreme Grand Council for the United States of America, Its Territories and Dependencies. This Scottish Rite body was considered irregular by the Supreme Council, Northern Masonic Jurisdiction, and the Supreme Council, Southern Jurisdiction.
