Certificate is issued to Sir John Mack as Aid in the parade in Boston for the Grand Encampment of Knights Templar of the USA, 26th Triennial Conclave. A printed scene at the top shows Boston Harbor and various Boston landmarks. The printed text explains that Mack was duly appointed to serve as Aid in the parade on August 27, 1895 on the occasion of the escort of the Grand Encampment of Knights Templar. It is signed by Samuel C. Lawrence, Chief Marshal, August 1, 1895.
