Honorable Worshipful et Puissant Brother (The Titles are Approximative)
“The triple Union” Sovereign Chapter, has not been convened for a long time, even during the days when a mandatory assembly should have been summoned. That happened despite the requests of many of its members who wanted to be able to take care of urgent matters. A longer delay cannot be tolerated. In consequence, in vertu of the powers of the office that the Sovereign Chapter was kind enough to vest upon me and in consequence of the carelessness of the officers mentioned above: I hereby summon the Sovereign Chapter next Saturday the 28th of this month at 18 hours [6:00 PM]. I strongly exhort you to be present. Not been there would be to neglect the duties of a True Knight Rose Croix.
The 26 of the 9th Masonic Month 5807 Equivalent to November 26, 1807 Addressed to Knight Gourgas.
A. L. Moret Grand Orator
