Letter dated July 14, 1902 from Juan Padilla, Sovereign Grand Commander of Supreme Council of Central America to Sovereign Grand Commander of Supreme Council for the Northern Masonic Jurisdiction (Henry Lynde Palmer). Padilla forwards translation of letter expressing grievance of Salvadoran brethren concerning fraud and bankruptcy of a steam company, El Triunfo. Padillo expresses that Masons will be able to procure an investigation of the Board of Arbitration, which would also result in building prestige of Masonic organizations.
