Signed color photograph of George and Barbara Bush with Bob and Cindy Frank. The Franks were invited to a "Buffet Supper in honor of the Republican Congressional Leadership Council" at the Vice President's house. The typescript letter from Guy Vander Jagt (signed "Guy") certifies the authenticity of the signatures and states that the photograph was taken at the Supper on September 17, 1985.
