Biographical / Historical
Engraved portrait of William S. Rial, 33°, honorary member of Supreme Council, A.A.S.R., Northern Masonic Jurisdiction, Pennsylvania. Birth date is July 14, 1876. Death date is July 19, 1941. He graduated from Western University of Pennsylvania [now the University of Pittsburgh] in 1900 with a Bachelor of laws, was admitted to the Bar and in addition to his general practice of law, edited the Westmoreland Law Journal, served on City Council of Greensburg, PA, member of State Senate in 1931. Supreme Court Board of Governors, state and local Bar Associations and was Sovereign Grand Inspector General, A.A.S.R., starting on September 16, 1919.
