Biographical / Historical

Engraved portrait and memorial of Delmar D. Darrah, 33°, honorary member Supreme Council, A.A.S.R., Northern Masonic Jurisdiction, from Illinois. Birth date is July 15, 1868. Death date is March 5, 1945. He received bachelors and doctorate degrees from Illinois Wesleyan University, and was a professor of English and Public Speaking at Illinois Wesleyan. Darrah was also a dramatist and an editor of Illinois Freemason and associate editor of Masonic News. For further biographical information, see Baynard's History of Supreme Council, vol. II, p. 290.
