Biographical / Historical
Engraved portrait of Henry L. Ballou, 33°, honorary member of Supreme Council, A.A.S.R., Northern Masonic Jurisdiction from Vermont. Birth date is September 22, 1865. Death date is March 4, 1945. He attended Amherst College and graduated from Hartford Theological Seminary in 1895. He was the minister of Congregational Church of Chester, VT for 25 years, President of National Bank of Chester, and State Senator from Windsor County, 1919-1920.
