Engraved portrait of Frank A. Smythe, 33°, honorary member of Supreme Council, A.A.S.R., Northern Masonic Jurisdiction, from Ohio. Birth date is July 29, 1868. Death date is November 8, 1945. He was born in Worcester, MA and attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Smythe was a civil engineer. He was elected Sovereign Grand Inspector General 1920.
